Privacy notice
How we use the information you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by BLS Ground & Garden. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, email info@blsgroundandgarden.co.uk or call 07902 103783.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Quote form: whether the quote is for a business or organisation or for a home; your name, phone number, email address and postcode; your message and any photos you add; whether you are switching from another contractor. For a home, the service you want. For a business or organisation, its name, the type of site, the number of sites, how often you need visits, whether it is a formal tender, and any deadline or start date.
- Callback form: your name, phone number and the best time to call.
Photos you send
Photos added to the quote form are resized in your browser, checked by our form handler and attached to the email we receive. They are not stored on this website or shown publicly. We use them only to understand the job and give you an accurate quote.
How we use your information
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange visits and give you a quote. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the form handler, and provides Turnstile, which checks that forms are sent by people rather than automated programs.
- Resend delivers form messages to our inbox. Its logs of sent messages are kept for a limited time.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical data to check that a form is sent by a person.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
